Bob Alderman is a seasoned construction executive with over 35 years of hands-on experience in luxury home development, high-end remodeling, and construction management. His work has helped shape some of the most exclusive properties throughout Southern California—from Los Angeles and Orange County to the coastal communities of Calabasas, Malibu, Santa Barbara, and Newport Beach. 

Bob’s commercial experience includes complex specialty work like the renovation of the former Eli Broad Arts Foundation building in Santa Monica—showcasing his eye for detail and ability to manage architecturally significant properties. His style reflects the best of California—relaxed but deliberate, humble but sharp. He blends design awareness with field knowledge to bring challenging builds across the finish line with precision and care.

Bob also brings real-world grit to the business.
